The partnership between United Foodservice Solutions and Meijer began in 1985. At the time, Meijer stores were located solely in lower and mid-Michigan. It has been a privilege growing with the retail giant as it has expanded to become the “15th largest retail chain in the US and CA,” according to Supermarket News. 

You can now find Meijer stores in six states; Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Illinois. This year, Meijer opened four new stores in Brunswick and Canton, Ohio, Fort Wayne, Indiana, and West Branch, Michigan. Our team visits each store the week before it opens and trains the entire deli staff on how to use, clean, and maintain their new equipment. We return to the store during opening week to assist the Meijer Team Members with daily tasks. 

“As one of only two Deli Vendors for Meijer that provide constant support (Koch Foods chicken vendor is the other), we are confident that as Meijer continues to expand and grow, United Foodservice Solutions will be right there with them every step of the way,” said United Foodservice Solutions President, Aaron Hubbard.
