We now have our test kitchen up and running at our Grand Ledge location. We also have a mobile test kitchen with a PFE 500 pressure fryer that we can bring to your location.
United Foodservice Solutions accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express. For approved businesses we can extend net 30 days billing. Our office does not directly lease equipment, however, we have a local leasing company that can offer this opportunity to you. Parts can be next day aired if needed. If the part is in stock and shipped within the state of Michigan it will arrive in 1 – 2 business days. Parts that are not in stock will be shipped directly from Henny Penny in Eaton, OH and should arrive in 2 – 4 business days. Equipment that is in stock will ship from Henny Penny and arrive within 2 – 4 business days. If the equipment is a special order it takes Henny Penny 2 – 4 weeks lead time to build the unit. Once the unit is built it will arrive at your location within 2 – 4 business days.
All service calls for Henny Penny equipment within the state of Michigan are coordinated through our office. We service all manufacturer lines we represent, and many that we don’t. Please call if you don’t see your manufacturer listed in our product lines, we still may be able to assist you. Initially, you will discuss the problem with a representative over the phone, as many issues can be fixed this way. If we are unable to resolve the problem over the telephone we will dispatch a certified service technician to your location.
