We just returned from the 2023 National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago. We had the opportunity to meet with industry leaders and learn all about new trends. Here are our top five takeaways from Sales Representative and Equipment Start-Up Coordinator, Jimmy Lyons.

  1. Inspiring Innovations

Henny Penny continues to lead the way in oil management, and workload efficiency,” Lyons said. “With the new F5 model arriving, this shows hands-on proof!”

  1. Relationship Building

“Since my main focus at UFS is the hot side and Henny Penny, NRA afforded me the opportunity to meet many folks at Carpigiani that are new to me,” said Lyons.

  1. Networking

“Growing and expanding the web of folks in the industry is always a plus,” Lyons said. “Generating sales leads, meeting equipment supply folks, etc.”

  1. Serving Others

“Assisting business owners and managers on-site at the Henny Penny booth was a big takeaway,” Lyons said. “I met people from all over the country looking for ideas, and asking questions. It was fun to answer questions they had on our equipment.”

  1. The Attendance

“The McCormick Center was packed, almost overflowing, on a Monday,” Lyons said. “It was an impressive turnout, to say the least.”

It was a pleasure seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new people, and learning all about industry trends, and best practices! Were you at the NRA Show? If so, what was your favorite part?
