What is your role at United Foodservice Solutions?
“I help customers with troubleshooting and run service calls to help out the techs.”
Before working at United Foodservice Solutions, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
“Prior to working at UFS I worked various technician jobs. An interesting job I had was doing residential repairs on home appliances. I went out to a job and they had goats living inside the home, which was strange to say the least. I actually worked with an authorized service agent contracted for UFS.”
What career lessons have you learned while at United Foodservice Solutions?
“I have learned to not sit idle. Growth comes from keeping busy.”
How has your career developed over the years?
“UFS has helped in my career development by allowing and making time for ongoing learning and training. Having the ability to grow my knowledge base while having the encouragement of UFS has been, and is, a wonderful experience.”
How do you balance your career and family?
“Balancing work and life is accomplished by making sure I make time for family when home. Doing game night, going to shows, getting outdoors, and just all around spending time with my family.”
What advice do you have for prospective candidates?
“Perspective employees should feel at home in this family oriented environment. I really value the support network here at UFS.”
